  To give it one star is to much, it should give a "0" option. I should have read the reviews before, but our insurance company hooked us up with them. I hate them and advise anyone looking to use them RUN, RUN RUN! As fast as you can, to another car rental. This store charged $301.74 to my card, when called about it I was told by the male rep that they did not charge $280.00 to my card and had in fact released the $50.00 deposit fee back to my card. I called my bank only to find out they not only charged $280.00 to my card it was another 21.74 cent charge to my card. I had read the reviews only after our insurance company "State Farm" made the arrangements. I will be contacting State Farm to inform them of what happened and ask them to never use Hertz rentals again. They charge charges to your card without our authorization. Then to add insult they deny it and blame our bank for the charges of out of the blue giving them money from our account. Whatever you do don't use Hertz or at least the.HEMET OFFICE.
