  The dentist is good but unfortunately his office staff are rude and uncompromising. They expect you to wait for them but if you are late getting to them it is a huge inconvenience. They expect to reschedule with you at a moments notice but god forbid if you have to reschedule with them. As we all know you see the dentist for about 10% of your visit and you must deal with the office staff for the rest of the time. If you are not dealing with professional office staff that can really make for a difficult relationship with the dentist.
